In this character building dating back to 1894, our apartment “Grand Cru” is the ideal accommodation for a lovely stay in the heart of the beautiful Côte des Blancs in Champagne for a couple or family!

This cozy apartment has a large living room including a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and 2 comfortable bedrooms with double beds and high-quality mattresses. If you’re traveling with children we can provide an extra bed or cot for free on request.

Our charming apartment has exposed beams and is decorated with vintage furniture such as Voltaire armchairs in the living room. It is equipped with reversible air-conditioning.
Concerned about the environment, we are trying to do our part to help the planet by applying eco-conscious efforts in our accommodations: the “Grand cru” is equipped with energy-saving lighting, water-saving taps, and a heat pump.

It is fully equipped with furniture, kitchen essentials (dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee, tea, etc.)… We provide bed sheets and towels. A washing machine and clothes dryer are available in the entrance hall of the apartment with no extra fee. We thought of everything to make you feel at home!

This lodging is officially classified as a three-star tourist rental. Its name is a reference to the classification “Grand cru” of the village of Avize. Located at the heart of the Côte des Blancs vineyard region, this charming village has been chosen by many winegrowers and champagne houses for the high quality of its soil. Parking spots, a bakery and other shops are all available right next to our building.
